As a registered psychotherapist, I offer counselling for individuals and couples from all walks of life. I am guided by several therapeutic approaches including: finding ways to challenge automatic negative thoughts, tapping into your strength and resourcefulness, and exploring your sources of control. I am outcome focused; one of the first things I am curious about is where you are today versus where you want to be.
My style is warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, and not too formal.
Some areas I focus on are self-esteem, coping skills, anxiety, addiction, relationships, sex and sexuality, and finding balance.
